Is there a lost and found?

We will keep any items that are left behind for one week. After that, it will be donated or disposed of. Contact us to claim what you forgot!

How will I gain access to the property?

All of our properties are equipped with keypads for entry. You will get a message through the marketplace you booked with (AirBNB, VRBO, or our direct booking website) on all details for gaining access to the property.

What do I do with trash?

Please place full trash bags in garbage bins on the property. The house rules at each property will clarify exactly where these bins are and any further instructions.

When is check in and check out?

Check in is 11 am and check out is 4 pm. Depending on bookings, we may be able to accommodate early check in or late check out but this is no guarantee. Contact us!

Are bedding and towels included?

Yes!

Do you allow dogs?

Many of our properties do allow dogs! There will be a pet fee added to your stay. For details on which properties allow dogs and any restrictions, please check individual listings.

What happens if I have an emergency on a weekend or late at night?

Our hosts are available to you! If we do not answer your call promptly, please leave a voicemail and/or send a text message. We will get back to you as soon as possible. If there is an emergency, please call 911.
